All patients are requested to nominate their preferred pharmacy so that all medication requests can be sent to them direct via Electronic Prescribing. Please nominate your pharmacy next time you ring or if you have access to online services you can do this via the website.
For patients who do not yet have access to online ordering please attend surgery with a form of photographic id (passport or driving license) and ask to complete an online services application form. We will then post you out the username and password needed to access our services.
Housebound
Those patients that are housebound and are unable to make arrangements to have their re-order slip handed in may telephone their request for further medication. Please ring the main surgery telephone number and ask to be put through to the prescription line – this is available after 10.00 am only.
