If you are too ill to attend the surgery and require a visit please phone 0191 253 1113 before 10.00am if possible. Please note the receptionists may ask you for information about your illness, the doctors require this information to prioritize calls and, where appropriate, bring special equipment.
We will need to know the Name of the Patient, Age, Address, Phone number and patients’ Dr’s Name.
Home visits take place at lunchtime (after morning surgery)
