You may have seen in the media recently that all GP Practices must now offer their patient’s a “named” GP and for all those over 75 years of age, a “named, accountable” GP.
We would like to remind all our patients that we have have had a “personalised list” system here at the surgery for many years as we feel it makes for better continuity of care.
All patients here are automatically registered with one of our GP Partners who will be responsible for their care whilst with us. This is explained to patients during the registration process.
