The Practice has a zero tolerance to any abuse or threats of abuse to its staff.
The Partners have instructed the admin team to get as much information from a patient as possible to ensure they are booked in to the most appropriate service – be it with a GP, Pharmacist or other service. We are seeing an increased amount of abuse and threatening language being used towards our admin team and this will not be tolerated. NHS staff come to work to help patients and do so with the right to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
Any patient who is found to use abuse or threatening behavior towards any member of our team will be removed from our list of patients.
