Patients are invited to take our “Friends and Family Test” while in surgery or on-line when ordering repeat medication.
The survey takes seconds to complete and there is only one question – “would you recommend this Practice to your friends and family?”
Voting forms are available on reception or you can complete it on-line when you order your repeat medication or book an appointment.
Results are published bi- monthly on the website and on the Practice Notice board
