The Practice runs a personalised list system which means upon registering you and your family members will always see the same GP unless he/she is on annual leave.
We do appreciate though that on rare occasions patients sometimes may wish to change GP’s within the practice whilst staying on the surgery list. In order to do this you would need to write in to the Practice Manager requesting a change of GP. The Practice Manager will then run an audit and see which other GP Partners have spaces on their lists and make the change if possible.
Whilst we will always strive to accommodate such requests it should be noted that frequent changes of GP Partner is not practical nor advisable for your continuity of care. All GP Partners adhere to the same strict NHS guidelines in relation to referrals and prescribing. For patients who may frequent requests to change their registered GP it may be advisable to register at another GP Practice in the area.
