The Practice reverted to face to face appointments in April 2021. Most appointments now will be face to face unless a patient specifically requests a telephone call instead. All appointments should be made with your “named GP” – we run a strict personalised list.
Please note: – for telephone calls there is no set time. The GP will call you at some point either in the morning or afternoon and this will depend on their workload on any given day. If you are booking a telephone appointment via online services, then again the time is irrelevant – the GP will call you at some point during the day so please ensure you have your phone ready to take the call. The GP will try and ring you a maximum of two times – if you do not subsequently take the call, this will be marked down as a did not attend.
General practice is under extreme pressure for appointments at the moment and we are no different. If you no longer need or cannot make your appointment, please let us know – we can then offer it to another patient.
